I have tried to turn their textures into BA2s however I had little success. The final question that I want to know is if there is anything I can do to make these mods not cause issues. The problem now is that I enjoy using most of these mods as they provide hours of content and spice up the game I have already beat to death.
Having any one of these mods caused enabled caused stuttering or hitches in at least one of the areas above This being my main motivator to purge most of my mods and follow my journey to figure out what mods caused it This stuttering was in very specific places and mostly repeatable I never had CTD issues, what I did have was stuttering issues. I made sure all my textures are BA2's and I was aiming for the most stable gameplay possible.
Recently I decided to remodded my fallout and remove a lot of the mods I had installed.
